Job Summary: The Head of General Insurance provides strategic leadership and oversight of the General Insurance business. The role ensures sustainable growth, profitability, compliance, and service excellence in the underwriting and management of general insurance staff and products.

Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in insurance, Business, Finance, Actuarial Science, or related field.
- Master’s degree or MBA is an added advantage.
- Professional certification such as DIU, CII, COP or equivalent is required.
- Minimum 5-8 years’ experience in general insurance, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of underwriting, claims management, product development, and distribution.
- Proven track record of business growth, profitability, and team leadership.
