Job Summary: Padre Pio, an independent Insurance Broker Service company offering a wide range of services to her clients is seeking to recruits dynamic qualified professional for the position of HEAD OF BANCASSURANCE stationed in Kampala at FINCA Uganda Limited (MDI).

Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- A diploma in insurance
- 5 years of progressive experience in the Insurance Industry at a senior level
- Demonstrated knowledge and experience in the Underwriting and product development.
- Business development/sales & marketing skills.
Essential Abilities and Attitudes:
- Excellent interpersonal skills;
- Demonstrating diplomacy and tact
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
- Demonstrated ability to deliver creative and participatory solutions
- Highly pro-active and self-disciplined
- Willing to travel to the field frequently
- Strong organizational and planning skills
