Job Summary: Young Women’s Christian Association is looking for a qualified person to work as EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR.
Key Duties and Responsibilities: The Executive Director performs many tasks and typically responsible for:
- Over see the day to day operations of the organisation.
- Plan, actively manage and oversee the Organisation operations, programs and fundraising activities while ensuring the organisation financial stability.
- Attend all board meetings and provide reports and updates.
- Effectively represent the organisation including timely renewal of membership to world YWCA.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- The ideal candidate for this role should have a degree in social work and social administration and preferably a post graduate diploma in project planning and management.
- At least seven years of prior executive experience as a successful leader of a similar non-profit organisation.
