Key Duties and Responsibilities:
Administration
- Conduct data entry into company systems, and file information using established procedures to ensure information is accurate and accessible.
Document Preparation
- Input content into standard templates. Also take responsibility for collating materials and photocopying them.
Document Management
- File records or documents as instructed.
- Operating Machine or Equipment
- Operate basic equipment and machines, and carry out routine tasks. Involves following strict, detailed instructions.
- Work Scheduling and Allocation
- Work according to an assigned schedule.
- Improvement/Innovation
- Accept changes at work.
- Customer Relationship Management / Account Management
- Greet customers (on incoming calls or in store) and engage them in conversation to build rapport.
Internal Client Relationship Management
- Exchange information with internal clients by having courteous interactions with them.
Personal Capability Building
- Develop and maintain excellent skills by participating in assessment and development planning activities as well as formal and informal training and coaching.

Deliverables (work elements)
- The following detailed outputs are required from this role.
- To drive executives to their preferred destinations with assured safety on the road.
- To maintain company vehicles in good mechanical condition
- To execute daily work schedules and plans as provided by the HR Manager.
- To deliver company documents/mails with at most confidentiality and on time in line with company policies and procedures.
- To perform any other duties as assigned from time to time.
Competencies
- Valid driver’s license category D1 is required
- Manual vehicle driving is required
- Excellent knowledge of local driving rules and regulations
- Familiarity with GPS and route planning tools.
- Proven experience as a professional driver (minimum 5 years preferred).
- Clean driving record with no traffic violations.
- Good knowledge of local roads, routes, and traffic regulations.
- Basic vehicle maintenance knowledge is a plus.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, or overtime as needed.
- Demonstrate polite, courteous and cooperative behaviour.
- Demonstrate high level of collegiality and cooperation, good team worker.
- Defensive driving skills and ensuring the safety of passengers.
- Provides services, ensuring that the allocated site is hygienic and aligned to Safety, health and environmental standards. Executes routine services in order to ensure compliance with hygienic standards to foster a healthy, safe, and environmentally friendly workplace. Conducts transportation services to the various functions in order to facilitate routine tasks.
