Job Summary: We are seeking 6 experienced and passionate Driver-Guides to join our team. The ideal candidates will have strong driving skills, extensive knowledge of tourist destinations, and excellent customer service abilities.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Safely drive clients to and from destinations, adhering to all traffic laws and safety protocols.
- Serve as knowledgeable guides, providing engaging information about destinations, culture, wildlife, and local history.
- Assist clients with bookings, reservations, and itinerary planning on the ground.
- Conduct vehicle inspections and report any maintenance issues promptly.
- Ensure clients have a comfortable, safe, and enjoyable travel experience.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- A bachelor’s degree in any field and a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience as a driver and tour guide in the tourism sector.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of local languages, tourist destinations and fluency in English is an advantage.
- Ability to handle emergencies and unexpected situations calmly.
