Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Plan, set up, monitor and optimize digital advertising campaigns across social media platforms, Google Ads and other paid media channels.
- Lead media buying and audience targeting strategies across digital platforms, ensuring cost-effective delivery of marketing objectives.
- Track and evaluate campaign performance using metrics such as ROAS, CTR, CPL and CPA, and compile clear reports with actionable insights.
- Collaborate with the Digital Marketing Manager to develop and update the quarterly digital strategy.
- Liaise with any engaged external digital agencies to ensure accurate implementation of paid media and performance strategies.
- Manage advertising budgets, ensuring efficient allocation to deliver maximum ROI.
- Stay up to date with platform changes, ad policy updates, and industry trends to continuously improve targeting and spend efficiency.
- Provide input on content direction and digital creatives, guided by performance insights and audience behavior.
- Support the wider marketing team in driving brand awareness, lead generation and conversion initiatives.
- Conduct keyword research, audience segmentation and competitor analysis to maximize campaign effectiveness.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business or related field.
- Proven experience (3+ years) managing paid digital campaigns with demonstrable ROI.
- Strong expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads and LinkedIn Ads.
- Hands-on experience with analytics and reporting tools (Google Analytics, Tag Manager, Data Studio, etc.).
- Excellent understanding of lead generation, remarketing and funnel strategies.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data into actionable insights.
- Creative mindset with the ability to collaborate with designers and content creators.
- Real estate or high-value product digital marketing experience is a plus.
