Job Summary: Are you persuasive, resilient, and skilled at communication? Join our team at IDEON as a Debt Collection Agent and play a key role in supporting our clients’ recovery operations.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to clients with overdue accounts.
- Negotiate repayment plans and follow up consistently.
- Maintain professionalism and empathy while ensuring compliance.
- Keep accurate records of calls, agreements, and customer commitments.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Fluency in English and at least one local language such as Luganda, Runyankole, Luo, Lugisu, Lusoga, or Rukiga.
- Persistence and ability to work under targets.
- Previous experience in collections, call centers, or sales is an added advantage.
