Job Summary: Join our dynamic team as a Billing Specialist, where you will play a key role in ensuring smooth and accurate financial operations. In this position, you will work closely with multiple departments to support day-to-day billing processes, maintain accurate records, and help streamline payment workflows.
We are looking for someone who is proactive, detail-oriented, and eager to grow with a fast-paced e-commerce company. If you are a natural problem solver with strong organisational skills and a “get it done” mindset, we would love to meet you.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Generate accurate customer invoices
- Track and follow up on outstanding payments
- Reconcile billing discrepancies
- Maintain organised digital financial records
- Collaborate with finance, operations and customer service teams
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance or Business
- Proficiency in Excel and ERP systems
- Attention to detail and numerical accuracy
- Strong written & verbal communication
- High level of integrity and confidentiality
Nice to have
- Experience in e-commerce or a tech-driven environment
- Basic financial reporting skills
- Knowledge of digital payment platforms
- Experience handling customer billing inquiries
