Job Summary: Salaam Bank is hiring a Bank Teller to carryout the following responsibilities;
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Handle customer financial transactions, including receiving deposits, crediting client accounts, and filing supporting documentation.
- Accurately, systematically, and chronologically file all transaction documents.
- Perform daily till cash reconciliation between system records and physical cash.
- Cross-sell and market existing and new bank products to clients visiting the till.
- Disburse cash to clients using vouchers with relevant authorization.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree from a recognized institution.
Required Skills:
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Consistent energy and a positive, constructive attitude toward work.
- Proven initiative, good judgment, and confidence.
- Strong people management skills.
