Key Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Owns and is accountable for specific B2B Sales plan.
  • Profitable Volume: Deliver the annual LPG B2B C3 margin plan.
  • Ensure weekly/monthly reporting and ensure business visibility for decision making.
  • Drive asset utilization/tank optimization to deliver/exceed ROI expectations.
  • Leverages the internal and external resources required to deliver the B2B sales plan be it in terms of new customer pipeline and defend existing database.
  • Providing and fast tracking sign off Customer contracts, detailing agreed scope of work and commercial terms. For shared accounts with the commercial team, drive influence and focus on bids and any other platform for business growth/defending of existing business.
  • Drive HSSEQ adherence at all locations/customer LPG tank installations.
  • Identify, select, negotiate key resellers for market development.
  • Execute an supply chain strategy In close collaboration with B2B sales Lead implement tactical marketing plans and promotional campaigns that deliver customer value and sales growth with the LPG strategic framework.
  • Ensure compliance with the agreed supply terms tank use and HSSEQ standards.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPI’s) and performance trends and leads, performance management, review and improvement initiatives, determining appropriate action to address issues, improve performance and minimize risk.

Key Challenges:

  • Speed of delivery is essential without compromising on standards, quality and sustainability of initiatives taken
  • Leverage internal resources, get their buy-in and commitment to LPG B2B sales activities & projects amidst conflicting priorities.

Qualifications, Skills and Experience:




  • Graduate in the field of Business Management, Sales, Marketing or related
  • 2 years of business management experience in B2B, Customer Relationship Management.
  • Entrepreneurial spirit and the ability to maximize business opportunities
  • Ability to lead self.
  • Creative and entrepreneurial mindset
  • Good communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Negotiation skills
