Job Title: Analyst – Regional Reporting – 2 Positions

Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- To Develop tools that provide quick visibility of S&D staff and partner commissions
- Provide solutions that automate the manual business operational processes like commission calculations for both staff and partners
- Provide Insights and analysis on performance gaps and closing them through digitization
- Design Data quality management framework, including data quality standards, methods, tools and governance for MTN S&D partners
- Building a system by which predictive analytics of performance can be conducted ensuring proactive addressing of performance issues.
- Providing visualized analytics to the S&D Management including corrective actions and recommendations.
- Conduct market and industry research to stay ahead of digital trends and emerging technologies.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree preferably in mathematics, Economics, Information Technology, computer science, software engineering Statistics, Business computing or related course
Experience:
- A minimum 2 years’ experience
- Exposure in a Sales Operations environment at a planning level is desirable
- Experience in data analysis, report visualization and application development
Skills / physical competencies:

- Sense of urgency necessary to meet goals, objectives and deadlines
- A sense of innovation & ability to independently, resourcefully, and creatively research and implement new solutions
