Job Title: Accountant

As we continue to grow, we are seeking a dedicated and experienced Accountant to join our team. The successful candidate must be currently living in Arua as will be expected to work in Arua.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Maintain and update financial records and ledgers
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
- Monitor cash flow, budgets, and expenditures
- Manage accounts receivable and payable
- Perform bank reconciliations
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and internal controls
- Assist with audits and financial planning
- Work closely with management to support hotel operations
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar accounting role
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Tally, Hotel Management System)
- Strong analytical and organizational skills
- High level of integrity and attention to detail
- Must be currently staying in Arua
- Willing and able to work full-time from the hotel in Arua
