Job Title: Warehouse Specialist – SoftCare

Job Summary: The Warehouse Specialist oversees the physical handling of goods within the warehouse, including receiving, storing, picking, and dispatching. This role is key to maintaining inventory accuracy and efficient warehouse operations.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Receive incoming goods, verify quantities against orders, and inspect for damage.
- Safely and efficiently store goods in designated warehouse locations.
- Pick and pack orders accurately for dispatch.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts (if certified).
- Conduct regular cycle counts and full physical inventory counts.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and well-organized warehouse environment.
- Coordinate with the logistics team to schedule dispatches and manage loading/unloading.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- Diploma in Logistics, Warehouse Management, or a related field is an advantage.
- Proven experience as a Warehouse Worker, Storekeeper, or similar role.
- Experience using inventory management systems (e.g., ERP software).
- Physical ability to lift and move heavy objects.
- Forklift operation certification is a plus.
