Job Summary: Our client Technology Associates is seeking a results-driven. competent and experienced Senior Project Manager (5+ year experience) to join their team.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Strategic Leadership
- Aligning projects with organizational strategy and business outcomes.
- Prioritizing initiatives based on ROI, risk, and strategic fit.
- Driving change management and transformation programs.
- Advanced Stakeholder Management
- Managing executive sponsors, steering committees, and external partners.
- Balancing competing priorities among stakeholders.
- Negotiation and conflict resolution at senior levels.
- Program & Portfolio Management Overseeing multiple related projects (programs).
- Understanding portfolio governance and investment decision-making.
- Resource allocation across multiple initiatives.
- Risk & Crisis Management Proactively identifying enterprise-level risks.
