Job Summary: The Sales Management Trainee program is designed to develop future sales leaders. The trainee will undergo rotational training across various sales and marketing functions to gain a comprehensive understanding of the company’s products, markets, and sales strategies.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Rotate through key departments such as field sales, key account management, trade marketing, and sales administration.
- Support the sales team in achieving targets through market visits, client presentations, and order processing.
- Learn to analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities.
- Assist in developing and implementing sales and marketing plans.
- Build relationships with clients and distributors.
- Prepare regular reports on trainee activities and market insights.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- Recent graduate with a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field.
- Strong desire to build a career in sales and business development.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Highly motivated, results-oriented, and a quick learner.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite.
