Job Title: Sales Engineer (Fresher Jobs)

Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key influencer communities including Architects, Quantity Surveyors, Civil/Structural Engineers, Contractors, and major End-Users (e.g., Government Agencies, Foreign Investors, Export Clients).
- Establish and manage a Certified Influencer Network comprising Dealers, Contractors, Architects, QS professionals, and Civil/Structural Engineers to promote and drive sales of Roofings Group products.
- Prepare and deliver compelling technical presentations to effectively communicate the value and features of Roofings Group products and services to clients.
- Collaborate closely with the sales team to understand customer needs and provide tailored technical and sales support.
- Identify and generate high-quality sales leads, follow up on initial contacts, secure and renew orders, negotiate pricing, close sales, and coordinate product deliveries.
- Drive sales of new building solutions across both existing and emerging channels, ensuring the achievement of monthly sales volume targets for steel building solutions.
- Advise customers on product improvements, upgraded materials, and machinery enhancements to meet their project needs.
- Collect and analyse client feedback to inform and refine sales and marketing strategies for targeted outreach and improved customer engagement.
- Prepare and submit weekly/monthly reports detailing project pipelines, inquiry statuses, won and lost orders, and associated analytics.
- Perform any other duties as assigned by management.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- A minimum of a bachelor’s degree in civil, Architectural, construction management or Industrial Engineering.
- Proven experience in sales and marketing, preferably within the construction or industrial sector.
- At least 3 years of relevant experience in project sales of industrial products or solutions, including Structural Steel, Roofing, and related building components.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, customer service, and sales skills.
- Ability to effectively communicate technical information to non-technical clients.
- Excellent technical aptitude with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
