Job Summary: We are seeking qualified and professional Nurses to join our Front Office team. The ideal candidate will serve as the first point of contact for patients and visitors, offering both clinical knowledge and excellent customer service.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- A minimum of a Diploma in Nursing from a recognized institution.
- Must be registered with the Uganda Nurses and Midwives Council with a valid practicing license.
- At least 1 year of clinical experience in a hospital or clinic setting.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-traffic environment.
- Knowledge of patient flow, triaging, or customer service is an added advantage.
- Must demonstrate professionalism, patience, and empathy.
- Computer skills are essential.
