Job Summary: Sokoni Africa Limited is on the lookout for a Quality Assurance Officer to enhance our commitment to quality and excellence. This role is essential in overseeing the quality of our products and ensuring compliance with industry standards. The successful candidate will implement quality assurance processes, conduct audits, and cooperate with various teams to foster a culture of quality across the organization.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Develop and enforce quality assurance policies and procedures to maintain high operational standards.
- Conduct thorough inspections and audits of products and processes to identify defects and areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address quality issues and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Prepare detailed reports and documentation of quality control activities and findings.
- Implement corrective actions based on audit results and quality assessments.
- Stay updated on industry standards and regulations relating to quality assurance.
- Provide training and support to staff on quality management practices.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Quality Assurance, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in quality assurance or quality control.
- Strong understanding of quality management systems and methodologies.
- Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
- Proficient in quality assurance software and tools.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
