As a Partner Operations Analyst, you’ll be at the core of the Partner Operations team, working to improve the performance, reliability, and experience of thousands of partners across the country.
This role combines data analysis, process optimization, and on-field operational ownership. You’ll identify pain points, build scalable solutions, and ensure partners are set up for long-term success.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Support and improve the partner lifecycle, from onboarding to maturity, by identifying operational bottlenecks and designing efficient solutions.
- Conduct regular on-field visits to partner stores in multiple cities to ensure alignment, understand ground-level challenges, and gather feedback.
- Analyze partner performance trends to detect issues and improvement opportunities, and propose clear, actionable recommendations.
- Work closely with the commercial and account management teams to support the rollout of new tools, platforms, or operational programs.
- Handle the operational side of large-scale initiatives (e.g., device rollouts, process migrations, partner campaigns), ensuring partners are compliant and supported.
- Coordinate with internal teams to drive process adoption and streamline communication between partners and the platform.
- Ensure systems and partner data are accurate and up to date, while proposing improvements to increase efficiency and reduce errors.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to simplify complexity and turn insights into actions.
- Willingness to travel and spend time on the ground with partners to understand their operations.
- Clear and confident communication skills in both French and English. Arabic is a strong plus.
- A sense of ownership: you like to get things done and follow through until results are achieved.
- Solid understanding of SQL, with hands-on experience writing queries to extract, manipulate, and analyze data.
- Computer literacy, including proficiency in Google Docs and MS Office.
- Advanced skills in Excel required.
- Individuals representing diverse profiles, and abilities, encompassing various genders, ethnicities, and backgrounds, are less likely to apply for this role if they do not possess solid experience in 100% of these areas. Even if it seems you don’t meet our musts don’t let it stop you, we are all about finding the best talent out there! Skills can be learned, and embracing diversity is invaluable.
