Job Summary: Coca-Cola Beverages Africa /CCBA is the largest African Coca-Cola bottler, accounting for 40% of all Coca-Cola volumes on the

continent. In Uganda, we are currently seeking to recruit a Manufacturing Clerk based at Namanve Plant in Kampala.

As a Manufacturing Clerk, you will report directly to the Planning Scheduler.

Key Purpose Statement

The primary role of the Manufacturing Clerk is to coordinate and expedite the flow of work and materials according to the production schedule, maintain accurate records, tracking inventory, and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures. This position will also track production progress and any operational challenges.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Capacity to interpret production schedules and Identify production requirements.
  • Track and control packaging materials and finished products to ensure accurate handling and transfer.
  • Timely and accurate data entry of all production related records into business systems.
  • Manage digital tax stamp activation and system updates (MSD).
  • Conduct regular materials stock counts and usage reconciliations to ensure zero variance.
  • Prepare and submit timely reports, including production KPIs, packaging performance, materials usage, and finished goods transfers.
  • Ensure compliance with business systems, including internal quality, food safety (FSSC), and Coca-Cola standards.
  • Promote and implement supply chain work practices to support system maturity and continuous improvement.
  • Immediately report any activities or conditions that could compromise product quality or food safety

Qualifications, Skills and Experience:




  • Minimum requirement: Diploma in Business Administration, International Business, Procurement and any other related field.

Experience

  • Minimum requirement: At least 2 years working experience in planning role within an FMCG environment.
