Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Win, support, and grow a quality customer base in your market
- Hit monthly disbursement and collection targets
- Conduct KYC and due diligence to onboard viable customers
- Visit customers, educate them on products, and offer first-rate service
- Manage repayments using respectful, non-intrusive methods
- Record all interactions and market intel in Merlin and submit timely reports
- Work closely with the branch team and market authorities to resolve issues
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree
- Experience in field sales, microfinance, or collections
- Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
- Integrity, a service mindset, and the ability to work with minimal supervision
- Comfort using mobile money and digital tools
Key metrics you’ll own
- Disbursement, collections, new customers, active customers, loan tenure, and average loan value.
