On behalf of our client in the FMCG sector, we are looking for competent and experienced Junior Commercial Finance Manager to be based in Kampala and Cairo (Hybrid)
Job Summary: The Junior Commercial Finance Manager has a vital role in providing financial analytics support to the Senior Commercial Finance Manager/Commercial Finance Manager and providing insights for business performance/scenario building of financial projections and decision making. This role is key in the delivery of SAP Costing for the Business
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Preparation of Business Performance Dashboards on a weekly/monthly basis covering Volume/Revenue/Gross profit vs budgets
- Support the reconciliations related to flash financials and books
- Assists in preparation of monthly financial report (Flash Financial Reports and related presentation) and all related analysis (Revenue/COGS/Opex)
- Perform all SAP costing activities for the Food Business
- Prepare accurately the weekly performance dashboard for Revenue and Gross Profit
- Support in the reconciliation of books vs flash management financials
- Support the preparation of the business cases for investment decision making
- Prepare monthly regional gross profit performance by Business Unit
- Perform SAP monthly planned costing and actual month end costing
- Provide support to the Commercial Finance Manager in all analysis required
- Preparation of internal finance reports for the Food Business (Management presentations)
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Finance and Accounting
- 5-7 Years working experience in a similar role in the Food and Beverages Industry is an added advantage
- Accounting Professional Certification like ACCA, CPA, CMA, ICWA, CA are preferred
- Advanced knowledge and experience on SAP ERP usage
