Job Summary: Oversee and manage the operations of Jubilee Health Insurance Company of Uganda, ensuring efficient service delivery, driving business growth, and maintaining compliance with industry standards.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Developing and executing operational strategies to drive revenue growth and improve customer satisfaction
- Overseeing key operational areas: Underwriting, Claims, Provider Relations, Care Management, and IT Operations
- Leading the company’s budget process and aligning it with strategic initiatives
- Providing leadership in developing and implementing short and long term strategic operational and financial objectives
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field
- ClI/Diploma in Insurance Qualification or equivalent
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in operations management, preferably in the healthcare or insurance industry
