Job Summary: We are seeking two Field Supervisors to join our Hard Collections Customer Experience team and lead in developing strategies, coaching, and training team leaders for effective results.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Ensuring that team leaders meet their monthly targets
- Ensuring that there is equity when sharing cases with team leaders
- Ensuring that the country- wide offline process flow of cases/work is maintained
- Monitoring portfolio performance
- Coming up with strategies on how to improve performance
- Coaching and training existing team leaders as well as field staff
- Making various approvals
- Link between the team leaders and hard collections manager
- Monitoring agents performance
- Overall expense reduction strategies
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- Degree/diploma in Business administration or related field
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- At least 3 years experience in relevant field
- Ability to adapt quickly and work independently
- Fluent English
- Good leadership/performance management skills
- Loyalty and integrity
