AMBA Finance Uganda Limited is a registered microfinance company providing short and medium-term financing to individuals and SMEs. Since inception in 2020, we’ve been supervised by Uganda Microfinance Regulatory Authority (UMRA).
Job Summary: We are seeking a motivated Field Client Relations Manager to manage client relationships, drive sales, and oversee field collections for AMBA Finance Uganda Ltd in the Mpelerwe, Kasangati, Gayaza, Bunamwaya, kajjansi, Seguku, kabuusu, entebbe road, and nearby areas. The ideal candidate will be proactive, target-driven, and skilled in customer engagement.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Sales & Business Development – Promote AMBA Finance’s products/services and onboard new clients.
- Field Collections – Follow up with clients to ensure timely loan repayments.
- Client Relationship Management – Address inquiries, resolve issues, and maintain strong client rapport.
- Reporting – Submit daily/weekly updates on collections, sales, and client feedback.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- Proven experience in sales, field collections, or client relations (microfinance or financial services preferred).
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet targets.
- Must reside in or around Mpelerwe, Kasangati, or Gayaza Bunamwaya, Entebbe road and surrounding areas.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Base Salary: UGX 400,000 per month.
- Transport facilitation (if applicable).
- Commission when targets are hit.
