Job Title: Facilities Maintenance Engineer – Office Tower

Job Summary: You will oversee the operation & maintenance of mechanical and electrical systems in a high-rise office tower.
This role ensures that all building systems function efficiently to support tenant comfort and operational continuity.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Maintain HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing & fire protection systems
- Operate and monitor the Building Management System (BMS)
- Ensure elevator functionality & coordinate service inspections
- Respond to maintenance issues with minimal disruption
- Keep detailed records of repairs & maintenance
- Enforce safety & building regulations
- Supervise service providers & contractors
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Building – Services Engineering
- 3+ years’ experience in commercial/high-rise facilities maintenance
Solid knowledge of:
- HVAC & chilled water systems
- Elevators & backup power (generators, UPS)
- Fire safety systems & BMS tools
- Strong attention to detail & problem-solving skills
