Job Title: Debt Collection Agent – Skip Trace – 2 Positions

Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Split offline assignments according to zones and compile report shared to respective field offline team leaders
- Leads generation
- Daily analysis of GPS tracking report and compile hotspots on shared offline accounts.
- Sourcing for additional customers contacts (those whose phones are always off) through use of available tracing tools
- Investigation cases backlog admin
- Analyzing stolen cases and coordinating with our security, legal and police to help in account recovery
- Compile individual customers report/summary should narrow down to 4 or 5
- probable locations we can get the customer)
- Daily analysis of unsuccessful field visits from investigation tasks provided and share more information that can lead to successful visit
- Coordinating with our security department to source for additional customer details for the clients whose contacts have been off.
- Any other duties assigned.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- 1-3 years of experience in debt collections, skip tracing, or a related role (strongly preferred)
- Experience with third-party collections or recovery of charged-off accounts is a plus
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in related field.
