Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Design and implement effective sales and marketing strategies to grow our customer base and boost revenue.
- Support the Managing Director in generating new business leads and developing sales plans.
- Achieve set sales targets and maintain accurate performance reports.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, communities, and local government stakeholders.
- Promote EarthEnable’s affordable, eco-friendly flooring through door-to-door marketing, events, and weekly exhibitions.
- Accurately measure homes and provide clear, honest construction quotes.
- Coordinate post-sale activities to ensure smooth construction and high customer satisfaction.
- Conduct market research and stay updated on competitor activities and community needs.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work with minimal supervision.
- Comfortable with door-to-door sales and community outreach in rural areas.
- Experience in construction sales or community-based work is an added advantage.
- Must be a resident of Masaka District.
