Job Summary: We are looking for a self-driven, target-oriented, and dynamic Credit Officer to join our growing team. As a Credit Officer, you will be the bridge between Baikal and our clients – guiding them through the loan process, assessing their eligibility, and ensuring they get the financial support they need while maintaining our high lending standards.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

Sales & Marketing

  • Work with the sales team during activations to identify prospects and convert them into clients.
  • Provide clear, accurate information to potential customers about our loan products.

Customer Acquisition & Loan Processing

  • Maintain accurate records of loan applications using our loan management software.
  • Monitor loan application progress and keep clients updated on any issues or delays.
  • Collect required financial documents and assess client creditworthiness.

Credit Analysis & Decision-Making

  • Analyze client financial data and credit scores to determine loan eligibility.
  • Approve or reject applications in line with company standards, and communicate decisions promptly.

Loan Disbursement & Client Training

  • Educate clients on loan terms and conditions before agreement signing.
  • Handle contract signings and oversee asset delivery.

Qualifications, Skills and Experience:




  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a Credit Officer (asset financing experience is a plus).
  • Strong understanding of loan processes and relevant regulations.

  • Excellent communication & customer service skills
  • Strong analytical skills & attention to detail
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines V High ethical standards and confidentiality with financial data
  • Work Conditions
  • Full-time, field-based with occasional office work
  • May require extended hours during peak disbursement seasons
