Job Summary: To lead the Human Resource Business Partnering function by aligning HR strategies with business objectives, driving Organisational effectiveness through people, and fostering a high performance, inclusive, and digitally enabled culture. The role serves as a strategic advisor to business leaders, ensuring HR practices support sustainable growth, innovation and people engagement.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in the field of HRM. Social sciences. Organisational psychology, or other relevant degree
- A Master’s degree is considered an added advantage.
- At least 5 years of practical and progressive experience in an HR management role at a Senior level in a reputable organisation preferably in a financial institution or FMCG
- Hands-on experience in HR Business partnering and in using the balanced scorecard as a performance management tool is an added advantage
- Advanced people management and relationship building skills.
- Strong leadership and supervisory skills with proven ability in building, leading, and collaborating with teams.
- An elevated level of integrity
- Thorough and proven understanding of best in class and contemporary HR practises
- Direct experience in using Human Resource information systems.
- Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple tasks.
- Creative and innovative with a customer centric disposition
- Financial management and analytical skills
