The Human Resource Managers’ Association of Uganda (HRMAU) is a membership body of HR Practitioners with an aim to promote the status and professional standing of members, foster people-driven organizational transformation as well as provide a forum for discussion & communication for the benefit of the human resource management practice in Uganda.
Job Summary: The Human Resource Managers’ Association of Uganda (HRMAU) is seeking a passionate, self-driven professional to help grow our membership, build partnerships, and support various impactful projects.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Engage and grow our HR community
- Run digital marketing & outreach
- Support HRMAU events and special projects
- Build strategic partnerships
- Manage member data & generate reports
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- A business-related degree
- HR qualifications
- 1-2 years experience in comparable role
- Entrepreneurial & growth-driven mindset
- Strong digital and data skills
- Excellent communication & professionalism
