Job Summary: We are looking for a results-driven Business Development Officer with a proven track record in the service industry to grow our client base and expand our impact.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities within the service industry.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve set targets.
- Represent Spark Talent Solutions in meetings, presentations, and networking events.
- Track, report, and analyze sales performance to drive continuous growth.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- Proven experience in sales/business development specifically within the service industry (HR, training, consultancy, financial services, hospitality, or similar).
- Strong network and ability to generate leads independently.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable working in a commission-based role.
- Ability to work with minimal supervision and deliver results.
- Compensation
- This is a commission-based role. Earnings are directly tied to sales performance, offering unlimited potential for high performers.
- Commission structure will be discussed during the interview.
