Job Summary: To troubleshoot and maintain the system hardware and software
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Documenting all procedures related to systems support responsibilities;
- Facilitating the development of end-user support procedures;
- Providing ad-hoc and formal application training and support;
- Creating documentation on the current configuration of user host machines;
- Providing support for other Systems as required by Management;
- Performing routine audits of systems and software;
- Applying operating system updates, patches, and configuration changes;
- Installing and configuring new hardware and software;
- Perform any other related duties as assigned by the Supervisor
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- An Honours Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology or Information Science/System or Library or Information Science/ Bachelor of Science in Statistics, Mathematics/Physics/Electrical/Electronics or Bachelor of Science in Computer Science or Software Engineering or Information Systems and Technology and any other ICT related programs from recognized University/Institution;
- A professional certificate in the relevant discipline.
