About Organisation:
Rahim Foods is a leading local restaurant brand which serves Ugandan cuisine but also serve fast food (chips, chicken, pilau rice) on a daily basis. We are known for our legendary Local Food Lusaniya and Fast Food Lusaniya platters.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Support the Branch Manager in daily operations.
- Supervise staff and ensure smooth workflow.
- Assist in inventory management and financial reporting.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues.
- Step in for the Branch Manager when required.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- Diploma/Degree in Business or Hospitality.
- 3+ years of supervisory experience.
- Excellent organisational and interpersonal skills.
