Job Summary: To supervise the day-to-day activities of the workshop to ensure smooth operations, quality service delivery, and optimal workflow, while maintaining high standards of safety and productivity.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, or related field.
- Professional certification in motor vehicle repair/maintenance is an added advantage.
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in a supervisory role within a busy vehicle workshop or garage.
- Experience in managing teams and workshop logistics.
