Job Summary: Responsible for overseeing end-to-end warehouse operations to ensure efficient and safe goods movement, while managing personnel, performance, reporting, and resource planning in alignment with safety standards and in collaboration with the Site Lead

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the timely and accurate receiving, storage, picking, packing, loading, and dispatch of goods based on customer and internal requirements i.e. documentation compliance
  • Supervise, coach, and develop warehouse personnel, including Warehouse Controllers, to ensure high performance and adherence to operational standards
  • Responsible for monitoring and reconciling inventory records to ensure systematic accuracy through regular cycle counts, daily stock checks, and timely resolution of variances in collaboration with inventory control
  • Responsible for planning, allocating, and monitoring labor and equipment resources across shifts to maximize productivity and ensure adherence to service level agreements (SLAs
  • Responsible for ensuring all warehouse procedures are fully compliant with company standard operating procedures (SOPs), safety protocols, and applicable regulatory requirements
  • Responsible for enforcing health and safety practices, oversee equipment inspections and maintenance, and ensure the correct use of PPE
  • Responsible for tracking and reporting on KPIs such as productivity, accuracy, and turnaround times; lead root-cause analysis and implement corrective actions as needed.
  • Responsible for identifying operational bottlenecks and recommending process improvements to enhance efficiency, ensure accuracy, and reduce costs
  • Responsible for ensuring all relevant documentation is accurately completed, properly maintained for audit readiness, and available to support both internal and customer audits.
  • Responsible for processing stock movements in the Oracle system to ensure accurate put away in accordance with JDA guidelines, while maintaining an organized and orderly warehouse environment.
  • Responsible for serving as the primary point of contact for cross-functional teams, suppliers, and internal departments to effectively resolve operational issues and ensure seamless coordination. .




Qualifications, Skills and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Procurement and Supply Chain Management, Telecommunications, or Electrical Engineering.
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in warehouse operations, including at least 1–2 years in a supervisory or team leadership role preferably in technology or energy sectors.
  • Training or certification in warehouse management systems (e.g. Oracle, SAP, JDA) is an advantage
  • Knowledge of health and safety standards (e.g. OSHA) and warehouse SOPs
