Job Title: Territory Area Managers (Lango, Karamoja, West Nile sub regions)

Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve growth targets within the territory
- Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to inform sales strategies
- Lead and manage a team of Field Sales Managers, provide guidance, coaching, and support to ensure their success
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback to improve sales performance
- Track key performance indicators and adjust strategies as needed
- Foster strong relationships with customers and ensure that customer needs are resolved promptly within the territory
- Identify training and development needs for Field Sales Managers and implement training programs to enhance sales skills and product knowledge
- Address sales-related issues and conflicts within the team or with customers and develop solutions to overcome sales challenges and improve performance
- Work closely with marketing, product development, and customer service teams to align sales strategies with company objectives
- Set realistic sales targets and goals for the team and individual Field Sales
- Managers and motivate them to achieve and exceeds targets through incentives and recognition.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- A University degree in the relevant field from a reputable organization
- Post graduate Diploma in marketing is an added advantage
Experience
- Prior experience in sales at least 5 years
- Prior experience in sales managerial position is an added advantage
