Based in Kampala, Uganda, we provide affordable (PayGo) electric two-wheelers to low-income motorcycle-taxi drivers, most known locally as “boda-boda ”drivers. We offer a battery swapping service to our clients, enabling to swap within minutes at any of our stations.
Job Summary: Looking for a proactive Telesales Supervisor to lead and manage our telesales team. This role is responsible for generating quality leads, converting them into sales, and ensuring the team consistently meets its targets. The ideal candidate understands the full telesales cycle, is data-driven, and can motivate and coach a team toward daily and monthly goals.

What Success Looks Like:
- Sales team consistently hitting or exceeding targets.
- Able to achieve 150 bike targets in the first 3 months.

- High customer satisfaction from call interactions.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or related field.
- 3+ years of telesales experience, with 1–2 years in a supervisory role.
- Strong understanding of sales funnels, lead generation, and closing techniques.
- Ability to lead, motivate, and coach a team toward meeting performance targets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency with CRM systems and basic data analysis.
