Job Summary: We’re seeking a result-driven Telemarketing Officer, you’ll contact potential customers via phone to promote our products and services, generate leads, build brand awareness and manage client relationship
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- Experience of 3 years in a similar position.
- A second-class upper bachelor’s degree in Business – Administration or related field
- Excellent communication skills and persuasion skills
- Strong product Knowledge
- Proven track record of meeting sales targets
- Ability to understand customer needs and solve their needs
