Job Summary: As a Tele Recoveries Officer, your main duty will be to actively support recovery initiatives, ensuring that monthly performance targets are not just met, but surpassed whenever possible.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Maximize recoveries and ensure that monthly targets are met and or surpassed.
- Ensure compliance to recoveries operational risk framework requirements.
- Ensure that monthly recoveries targets are achieved at an individual and team level.
- Support Business (RMs) in form of monitoring Employer performances and review of performance to develop action plans to address shortcomings.
- Ensure customers are treated fairly in the course of doing recoveries work.
- Monitor on day-to-day basis charged off customers, analyse the accounts and establish why they are chargedoff.
- Contact individuals and organizations to arrange payments that are acceptable to them and the bank
- Report any unusual findings while collecting to the Collections Head.
- Effectively and collaboratively identify, escalate, mitigate and resolve risk, conduct and compliance matters
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- Undergraduate University Degree

- A solid comprehension of the local market and Retail Client Banking Credit as a whole.
