Job Title: Stock Controller – 40 Positions

Klan Logistics is an enabler of end-to-end supply chain solutions, specializing in haulage, storage, and handling of import/export cargo, as well as trucking, distribution and last mile fulfilment of domestic consignments.
Job Summary: As a key control point within the warehouse, you will ensure inventory accuracy, security, and real-time visibility of stock movements while upholding the highest standards of risk control, data integrity and safety.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Monitor and manage stock movements between warehouses and across distribution points
- Maintain accurate and real-time inventory records using digital systems
- Investigate, report and resolve stock variances and discrepancies and execute regular cycle counts
- Monitor inbound/outbound flows, and ensure compliance with dispatch protocols
- Work closely with warehouse and distribution teams to meet demand requirements
- Implement and support risk controls in stock handling and security
- Generate actionable inventory performance reports
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- Bachelors degree in Supply Chain Management, BCom, BBA, BIT, or equivalent
- CIPS certification is an advantage
- Minimum 5 years in high-volume inventory control or dispatch
- Experience with inventory management systems and and warehouse risk management practices
- Strong analytical and communication skills
