Key Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Develop and deliver engaging sales training programs, workshops, and courses that enhance product knowledge, selling skills, and customer engagement strategies.
  • Manage the online sales training platform, ensure content is up to date, and track employee progress through digital modules and assessments.
  • Assess training needs through performance data analysis, surveys, interviews, and consultations with sales leadership and team members.
  • Design sales-specific instructional materials, such as pitch desks, product manuals, objection-handling guides, and e-learning content.
  • Conduct training sessions using diverse delivery methods (classroom-style workshops, virtual, webinars and on the job coaching).
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of sales training programs by analyzing post-training assessments, collecting participant feedback, and tracking improvement in sales
  • Stay informed on sales trends, tools, and techniques, continuously integrating best practices and innovations into the training curriculum.
  • Collaborate with sales managers and department heads to ensure alignment of training with business goals.
  • Maintain detailed records of training participation and performance and generate reports on program outcomes.
  • Provide one on one coaching and mentoring support to employees as needed.

Qualifications, Skills and Experience:




  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, Human Resources or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Sales Trainer, Corporate Trainer, or in a similar role within a sale -driven environment.
  • In-depth knowledge of instructional design and modern sales training methodologies.
  • Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and motivate diverse sales teams.
  • Proficiency in e-learning platforms, LMS software, and training development
  • Demonstrated ability to assess training needs and deliver tailored learning

Preferred skills:

  • At least 3 years’ experience in designing and delivering Employee or sales training programs.
  • Collaboratively team player with the ability to work cross-functionally.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability.
