Tripesa is a Ugandan-based SaaS company that develops digital solutions to manage and scale tourism business operations. Our service enables customers to build secure, template-based custom websites, web applications, and marketplaces. All our customers get access to a dashboard/CMS with business-tailored features such as inventory management, bookings & payments, and events management.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Identify and onboard hotels, travel agents, tour operators, and restaurants.
- Open and manage client accounts on the Tripesa platform.
- Promote Tripesa’s digital tools to drive client growth and visibility.
- Support the Growth Team with sales outreach, activations, and reporting.
- Serve as the local face and voice of Tripesa within your tourism community.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- Final-year student or recent graduate in Business, Marketing, Tourism, or IT.
- Reside in a tourism-active hub (Kampala).
- Passionate about digital solutions and local tourism development.
Skills and Competencies
- Strong communication and client-facing skills.
- Organized and self-driven.
- Familiar with digital tools (Google Workspace, CRMs, digital marketing tools).
- Outgoing and proactive in engaging with businesses.
