Job Summary: We’re looking for a dynamic Sales Executive to join our team and take the lead in selling our exclusive condominium developments in Muyenga.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Drive sales and revenue growth for our Muyenga condominium projects.
- Build and nurture strong relationships with clients, agents, and key stakeholders.
- Conduct engaging property viewings, professional presentations, and effective negotiations.
- Consistently meet or exceed sales targets while contributing to overall business growth.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in condominium and real estate sales.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to meet or surpass sales targets.
- Familiarity with the Ugandan condominium market is a strong advantage.
