Job Summary: To drive the growth of aftersales revenue through the direct sale of motorbike spare parts and Honda oil by executing door-to-door sales campaigns and expanding the distribution network, especially in partner garages. The role supports customer satisfaction and business growth through timely delivery of parts, relationship building, and territory development.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

Sales Execution

  • Conduct door-to-door sales of spare parts and Honda oil to garages, workshops, and end-users.
  • Promote and sell Honda-branded lubricants and original parts to increase brand preference.
  • Actively prospect new clients and maintain relationships with existing customers.

Market Development

  • Identify and onboard new partner garages and service centers to stock and promote Honda parts and oil.
  • Monitor market trends and competitors to identify new sales opportunities.

Customer Relationship Management

  • Regularly visit partner garages and provide aftersales support.
  • Gather customer feedback and relay insights to improve product offerings and service delivery.
  • Resolve client issues or complaints promptly and professionally.
  • Reporting & Target Achievement
  • Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs for parts and oil.
  • Maintain accurate sales records and submit regular reports on sales activity and performance.
  • Track sales data, garage performance, and stock levels in key accounts.

Collaboration

  • Work closely with the warehouse and logistics team to ensure timely delivery of parts and oil.
  • Collaborate with marketing and technical teams for product promotions, training sessions, and awareness campaigns.

Qualifications, Skills and Experience:




  • Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Automotive Engineering, or related field.
  • A certificate in Motor Vehicle Mechanics or knowledge of motorbike components is an added advantage.
  • At least 2 years’ experience in sales, preferably in the motorbike or automotive sector.
  • Previous experience in field sales or B2B sales (garage and workshop sales) is desirable.

  • Skills:
  • Strong knowledge of motorbike spare parts and lubricants.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to build and maintain business relationships.
  • Self-driven, with strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets.
  • Familiarity with sales reporting tools and CRM systems.
  • Motorcycle riding license (Class A) is an added advantage.
