Job Summary: The Sales and Marketing Vice President will lead our sales initiatives, working closely with a dedicated team to drive growth through strategic marketing efforts. This role requires leadership qualities, a customer-focused mindset, and the ability to innovate within a structured environment.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Direct and coordinate activities involving sales of our marketing services.
- Resolve customer complaints regarding sales and service.
- Review operational records and reports to project sales and determine profitability.
- Assess marketing potential of new and existing store locations, considering statistics and expenditures.
- Direct, coordinate, and review sales and service accounting and record-keeping, as well as receiving and shipping.
Preferred Responsibilities
- Prepare budgets and approve budget expenditures.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related fields.
- 1-2 years of relevant experience in sales and marketing.
- Required Skills: Persuasion, Critical Thinking, Social Perceptiveness, Negotiation, Time Management.
- Required Knowledge Areas: Sales and Marketing, Customer and Personal Service, Computers and Electronics, Communications and Media.
- Proficiency in English.
- Required Technology Knowledge: CRM software (Zoho), Calendar and scheduling software (Google Calendar), Sales and marketing software (Excel), Spreadsheet software (Excel), Database management system software (Blue Sonet).
