Job Title: Retail Territory Executive

Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Responsible of the development of a strong safety culture is all the station
- Ensure all HSEQ rules and working instructions are followed
- Ensure that all station staff are trained, incidents and accidents at the station are correctly recorded and actions taken
- Ensure the application of HACCP working instructions
- Develop volumes, turnover, margins
- Implement the commercial strategy of TotalEnergies Marketing Uganda Limited
- Coordinates, develops and supervises the policies of the Network section
- Negotiate, validate and follow the commercial objectives, propose a development plan for the sales area
- Develop a competition Watch
- Prospect potential clients, properties and stations for new developments/partnership opportunities
- Develop the card business (penetration rate of fleet card sales …)
- Ensure the smooth Operation of Guichet Unique (GU) & its business growth within the territory. Must ensure the dealers carry out the GU reconciliation (both in SAP & Back Office) and that all necessary measures to curb fraud are implemented by these dealers.
- Must ensure that the dealers and station staff meet their objective of the Guichet Unique project
- Optimize of the station profitability by using piloting and control
- Proposes and negotiates the economic aspects of the MLAs for assigned territory on renewal (determine working capital required, establish PnL.)
- Analyze the economic and commercial performance levels for all the businesses (Fuel, lubes, SFS, LPG)/Compare the provisional operating accounts with the real results and establish an action plan
- Maintains Territory control (record audits for YD stations, monthly stock movement for FDs and DODOs, stock
- control, NFR data & shop reports, compliance with local fiscal and social regulations and payments…)
- Ensure that all dealers sign account statements to acknowledge their account balances with TUL. this should be done for all stations every month.
- Ensure that financial controls are done for all young dealers every month.
- Manage the Human Capital
- Develop and coach the Young dealers (coaches and recommends potential Dealers, create the central data base of talent, implement a career path according to the performance)
- Assesses Territory stations’ training needs and proposes the adequate training plan for all station staff.
- Train and sensitize service station staff on Top Service and station documents management (respect of ISO 9001:2015 standard)
- Follow the customer complaints and action plan with the dealer
Activities
- Responsible for management and supervision of a Network Territory including CODOs (YD, FD) and DODOs
- Responsible for implementation and coordination of training of station staff & dealers.
- Fuel volume: As per the BU target of the respective territory
- Lubricant volume: As per the BU target of the respective territory
- Non-fuel sales: As per the BU target of the respective territory
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree (minimum) in Commerce, Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, Statistics, Accounting
- Autonomy, organization (ability to prioritize tasks), strict approach, customer-oriented mindset, reliable.
- Analytical mind, reactivity, availability, curious, able to work under pressure and take up impromptu tasks.
- Very good relational level/social.
- Ability to lead a team.
