Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Supporting the research and development Head plus the team by;
- Conducting laboratory experiments,
- Collecting and analyzing data,
- Maintaining accurate records,
- Assisting with the development of new products, enhancement of existing company products and manufacturing processes,
- Adhering to strict quality and regulatory standards within the pharmaceutical industry;
- The primary focus is to contribute to the advancement of new product formulations and manufacturing techniques under the supervision of R&D Head.
- Accurately recording experimental data in laboratory notebooks and electronic databases and analyzing data using statistical methods and preparing reports, summarizing findings.
- Identifying trends and potential issues within experimental data, communicating observations to senior scientists.
- Preparing technical documentation including protocols, batch records, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Maintaining accurate and organized laboratory records in compliance with regulatory requirements.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- Diploma or Bachelors’ Degree in Pharmacy, Pharmaceutical Sciences, Food Science and Technology, Industrial Chemistry or any other related field.
- Experience in a related field.
