Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Focus on volume products portfolio, which includes Laptops, PCs, Printers. UPSs, MFPs & Entry level (Single slot) Servers.
- Need to acquire all needed technical & product knowledges related to these products, with the support from OEMs.
- Product certifications to be completed wherever necessary.
- Meet customers to update on all latest products & assist customers in selecting right products.
- Pre-register the opportunities with OEMs to get preferential pricing.
- Responsible to study all tender documents in details.
- Attend Pre- Bid meetings & clarify all queries.
- Coordinate with OEMs & select optimal products as needed by tender.
- Prepare compliance sheet, technical writeup & pricing sheet as needed by tender.
- Keep a track of all tenders / RFQs under process and prioritizing it as per submission dates.
- Allocate the work to group members & get updated on daily basis.
- Assist Account managers in Tender submissions.
- Get feedback on tender opening details.
- Take appropriate steps to correct any flows happened in lost bids.
- Report on all works in progress on daily basis.
- Prepare Bill of Materials & Margin Reports to submit to logistics for procurement.
- Coordinate with all departments in execution of orders.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- Qualification: Bachelors
- Work Experience:
- 2-5 years.
- Qualification.
- Good oral and written communication preferred.
- Good Understanding of Product Portfolio.
