Job Summary: We are seeking a resourceful, detail-oriented, and results-driven Procurement and Inventory Manager to oversee our purchasing and stock management systems, ensuring timely supply of materials and optimal inventory control to support efficient service delivery.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Oversee procurement planning, sourcing, and purchasing processes.
- Develop and manage vendor relationships and contracts.
- Maintain accurate inventory records across multiple locations.
- Monitor stock levels and ensure timely replenishment.
- Implement cost-saving initiatives without compromising quality.
- Ensure compliance with procurement policies and procedures.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Procurement, Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field.
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in procurement or inventory management (preferably in service or logistics industries).
- Strong negotiation, analytical, and communication skills.
- High level of integrity and organizational ability.
- Computer literacy (especially Excel and inventory systems).
- Membership with a professional body is an added advantage.
